Marketing Analyst – Customer Churn & Data Insights

About the role

As a Marketing Analyst at TotalEnergies Power & Gas Belgium, you will turn large volumes of customer data into actionable insights that help reduce churn, improve Net Promoter Score and boost overall customer satisfaction. You will work closely with marketing, product and BI teams to link campaigns to business value and ensure the company meets its net‑zero ambition.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a centralized churn analytics hub by consolidating multiple data sources.
• Identify strong and weak churn signals across the customer lifecycle and forecast churn trends.
• Analyse customer behaviours to support experience improvements and targeted segmentation.
• Evaluate campaign performance, calculate ROI and propose continuous improvement solutions.
• Develop and manage reporting dashboards and KPIs for rapid visibility.
• Act as the single point of contact between the BI team and marketing, supporting product managers and pricing strategy execution.
• Feed regulatory reporting and benchmarking platforms.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business management, marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present findings with clear evidence.
• Proficiency in data‑driven decision making.
