Marketing Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Account Manager to join PwC’s Internal Firm Services team in Brussels. In this senior associate role you will lead marketing and communication initiatives that raise awareness of our service offerings and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing and communications campaigns, projects and events, ensuring alignment with the firm’s overall strategy.
• Launch service‑offering campaigns, develop internal and external communication plans, and create social‑media strategies.
• Coordinate production of creative assets, digital tools and media placements, and manage client‑specific webinars or events.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand market context and act as a trusted advisor for business development.
• Maintain regular communication with teams to ensure objectives and strategies remain aligned.

• Strong analytical ability to identify client requirements and propose concrete solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive learner eager to upskill and adapt to new challenges.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
• Project management experience.
• Understanding of CRM and Intranet tools (a plus).
