Managing Director – Branch Operations

About the role

The Branch Director reports to the Chief Operating Officer of the European network and leads the branch’s operations in Belgium. This senior position ensures high‑quality service delivery, drives new business opportunities, and contributes to the overall growth of the AGS Group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the branch as a profit centre, managing budget, cash‑flow, and financial reporting in line with Group standards.
• Generate leads, pursue sales prospects, and represent AGS at conferences, seminars and industry events.
• Oversee human resources, ensuring effective staffing, performance management and compliance with FAIM quality standards.
• Monitor and improve service quality, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
• Manage debtor and creditor recovery, and maintain accurate accounting records.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior management experience, preferably within the International Mobility sector.
• Fluent English; residence and work authorization within the EU.
• Proven ability to manage a profit centre and deliver strong business results.
• Exceptional leadership, flexibility, high work output capacity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
