Maintenance Controller

About the role

The Maintenance Controller is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of SKYCRAFT TECHNICS' managed aircraft fleet. Based in Brussels, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with technical teams to coordinate maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues and uphold aviation safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor maintenance schedules for B737 and A320 aircraft.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks with internal and external service providers.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure all maintenance actions comply with relevant aviation safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and aircraft status.

Required profile

• Proven experience with B737 and/or A320 aircraft maintenance.
• Background in aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities under critical conditions.
• Good understanding of aviation safety regulations and compliance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Degree or certification in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Maintenance or a related technical field is highly desirable.
