Legal Counsel FR/NL

About the role

Multipharma is seeking a bilingual Legal Counsel (French/Dutch) to provide transversal legal advice across all business units, excluding social and tax law. The role sits within the Legal & Data Protection team of the CEO Office and reports to the Head of Legal.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal opinions and recommendations on commercial, contract, liability, real‑estate, corporate, and M&A matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and monitor a wide range of contracts (suppliers, partnerships, services, ICT, etc.).
• Advise managers and directors during negotiations to protect the company’s interests.
• Provide guidance on pharmaceutical ethics and support pharmacists in regulatory procedures before the Order of Pharmacists.
• Participate in strategic projects, offering legal support to various departments and project leaders.

Required profile

• Law degree with solid experience in commercial and corporate law.
• Fluency in French and Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice.
• Proactive attitude and capacity to work across multiple departments.
