Lead Tech Magnolia – Senior Web Platform Engineer

About the role

AFD.Tech, part of Accenture, is looking for a Lead Tech Magnolia to drive the design, evolution, and technical governance of large‑scale, customer‑facing digital platforms in the Energy & Utilities sector. You will work in a high‑traffic, high‑visibility web environment, guiding full‑stack development teams and ensuring platform robustness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of solutions based on Magnolia CMS, guaranteeing scalability and performance.
• Define and evolve web architectures and APIs for complex enterprise environments.
• Coach and mentor full‑stack developers from junior to senior levels, acting as the primary technical reference.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing strategies, documentation, and CI/CD quality gates.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, QA, and business teams to shape technology choices and solution definitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of web development experience, including proven experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong, hands‑on expertise with Magnolia CMS on large‑scale projects.
• Solid background delivering customer‑facing web platforms with high traffic.
• Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector is a strong plus.
• Ability to structure, document, and frame technical work.
• Natural leadership, team spirit, and strong coaching skills.
