Key Lead - Hollister Docks Brussels

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Key Lead for its Hollister store at Docks Brussels. The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and customers receive a quality in-store experience. As part of the store leadership team, the role drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent, preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred; no supervisory or management experience required.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (CEFR B2) is required.
• Availability on Saturdays and some Sundays, with at least 24 hours per week; hours increase during peak times.
