Key Lead - Hollister Docks Brussels

About the role

The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team at a Hollister store in Brussels and ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the role guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run effectively and the team achieves daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent, preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory or management experience required
• Fluency in English and Dutch (CEFR B2) is required
• Availability on Saturdays and some Sundays, with at least 24 hours per week; hours increase during peak times
