Key Account Manager – Strategic Customers (Benelux)

About the role

Solventum is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to lead and expand strategic dental partnerships across the Benelux region. The role focuses on executive engagement, long‑term value creation, and growth of the Dental Solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key dental customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C‑suite stakeholders and key influencers.
• Lead high‑level commercial negotiations, including framework agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to accelerate project commercialization and increase share of wallet.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account management within the healthcare or dental sector.
• Strong track record of managing senior‑level relationships and delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
