Key Account Manager – Hard Discount & Out of Home (Petrol)

About the role

As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing a win‑win commercial strategy for our ice‑cream portfolio across hard‑discount and out‑of‑home (petrol) channels in Belgium. You will integrate internal category plans with customer strategies to drive profit, volume and market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage the €58 million Belgian ice‑cream business, supporting negotiations and annual business planning.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term commercial strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CSP and European Sales teams to launch innovations and promotional activities.
• Drive channel‑specific execution, prioritisation and field activities to capture commercial opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers and act as the primary commercial contact for in‑home and out‑of‑home customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key‑account management, preferably within fast‑moving consumer goods or retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to work cross‑functionally.
