Key Account Assistant

About the role

As a Key Account Assistant you will work closely with Key Account Managers to strengthen long‑term relationships with customers in the Cosmetics and Healthcare categories. You will support business growth by ensuring smooth execution of commercial plans and effective coordination between internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of strong, long‑term relationships with key customers.
• Assist in preparing and executing promotional and commercial action plans.
• Coordinate product launches, assortment updates and ensure timely delivery of go‑to‑market information.
• Provide clear, timely information to the field sales team and maintain field tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Customer Management to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, assets and product data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in coordination, sales support or a similar assistant role.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (preferred).
• Strong organizational, planning and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and a collaborative team player.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,000, depending on experience.
