Junior Software Engineer – C#.NET

About the role

Join Alterface’s innovative software team as a Junior Software Engineer. You will contribute to the development of interactive attractions for theme parks and location‑based entertainment venues, working on projects from specification through on‑site installation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and install projects using the proprietary Salto language and Salto™ interactive show‑control environment.
• Manage project planning and on‑site installation tasks, including travel to client sites.
• Design, develop, and maintain unit tests and tooling solutions in C# or C.
• Create comprehensive technical and installation documentation for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to enforce development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
• Support software and maintenance teams during on‑site installations.

Required profile

• Creative and motivated junior developer eager to learn and grow.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, with installations lasting up to three weeks.
• Ability to work both on‑site and remotely in a hybrid setting.
