Junior Digital Transformation Analyst

About the role

As a Junior Digital Transformation Analyst you will help turn ambition into action at the intersection of business, data and AI. You will contribute to data products and AI agents that improve how support departments operate, gaining hands‑on technical experience while seeing real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to building data products for Finance, HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Strategy.
• Write and improve Python and SQL code to extract, transform and model data across platforms.
• Develop scalable, governed data pipelines using dbt and Snowflake.
• Assist senior experts in designing AI agents that automate workflows and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with IT and senior data/AI experts to deliver production‑ready solutions.
• Explain builds in clear language and engage stakeholders to ensure adoption and value.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of professional exposure to data, coding or automation.
• Strong motivation to learn quickly and curiosity about GenAI and AI‑assisted development.
• Ability to think clearly in ambiguous situations and take initiative.
• Confident communication in English and French and/or Dutch.
• Enjoyment of working with diverse stakeholders.
