Junior Delivery Station Team Lead

About the role

JD Logistics is seeking a Junior Delivery Station Team Lead to oversee on‑site operations during a shift. You will coordinate driver activities, ensure smooth unloading and sorting of goods, and support the delivery process to maintain high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the station manager and coordinate daily on‑site operations during assigned shifts.
• Assist drivers with unloading and sorting of incoming goods at the station.
• Monitor driver delivery efficiency and quality, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Conduct daily training on the driver business system and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to handle phone inquiries and monitor the overall delivery experience.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or last‑mile delivery.
• Background in e‑commerce, courier, or delivery service operations is desirable.
• Familiarity with delivery management platforms and routing optimisation tools.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with drivers and customers.
