Junior Consultant – Process Transformation and Digitalisation

About the role

Eurofins is seeking a Junior Consultant to join its Group Process Transformation and Digitalisation team in Brussels. You will lead initiatives that review, streamline, improve and digitalise key processes across the Eurofins network, directly contributing to efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑impact opportunities for process optimisation and digitalisation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines together with process owners and key stakeholders.
• Analyse existing end‑to‑end processes, pinpoint pain points and design target processes aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts and developers to specify system requirements and oversee the creation of digital tools.
• Lead change‑management activities, including stakeholder alignment, communication plans and training programmes.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement.
