Junior Client Success Specialist

About the role

GetPayIn, a fast‑growing SaaS provider for tourism and hospitality businesses, is looking for a Junior Client Success Specialist. You will guide new clients from contract signing through onboarding, training, and ongoing support, ensuring they are satisfied and actively using the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Send service contracts and invoices, follow up on signatures and payments, and verify bank receipts before activating services.
• Set up new merchants, complete required configurations, and conduct onboarding meetings.
• Deliver client training sessions to ensure teams understand and use the system correctly.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve non‑technical issues, and escalate technical items to the Product Owner while tracking resolution.
• Support Sales by answering product questions and assisting with client needs.
• Collect feature requests, share them with the Product Owner, and keep clients updated on progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering payments, onboarding status, merchant setups, support cases, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, status, and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong follow‑up, organization, and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to learn systems and configurations quickly.
• Professional customer handling and problem‑solving mindset.
