Junior Associate – Global Tax & Transfer Pricing (Start Sep 2026)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Associate to join our Global Tax & Transfer Pricing (GTP) team in Ghent starting September 2026. You will work with multinational clients on cross‑border tax strategy, transfer pricing policies and value‑chain optimisation, contributing to sustainable business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise multinational companies on global tax strategy and transfer pricing.
• Support clients in aligning operations with international tax requirements.
• Analyse tax topics across various industries, from general to specialised issues.
• Collaborate with legal, accounting and consulting professionals in multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop technical expertise in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or soon to be completed) in applied economics, tax, law, business engineering, administration or related field.
• Strong interest in international taxation and transfer pricing.
• Critical mindset, good communication, and numerical aptitude.
• Team player who can also work independently, detail‑oriented and organised.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI and prompting tools.
