Junior Architect

About the role

Luminexa is seeking a passionate Junior Architect to support its architecture and 3D visualization team. You will help turn architectural concepts into compelling 2D and 3D visuals, working closely with senior visualizers and designers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts and converting them into presentation‑ready 2D/3D visuals.
• Support senior visualizers with 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering for walkthroughs.
• Work from CAD drawings, floor plans, and sketches to produce high‑quality visual assets.
• Collaborate with interior and landscape designers on spatial layouts and visual ideas.
• Contribute to material studies, mood boards, and conceptual visualizations.
• Create real‑time scenes and animations using Lumion or Twinmotion.
• Perform post‑production touch‑ups in Photoshop and After Effects.
• Maintain and organize model libraries, textures, and reference materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in architecture or architectural visualization.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and visualization abilities.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and communicate ideas clearly.
• Open to feedback, fast learner, and comfortable in a collaborative studio environment.

Required skills

• SketchUp, Revit or AutoCAD for drafting and modeling.
• Lumion, Twinmotion or Blender for 3D rendering.
• Photoshop and After Effects for post‑production.
