Rental Site Supervisor

About the role

RentOnSpot is seeking a Rental Site Supervisor to lead on‑site rental operations, ensuring projects run smoothly from delivery through installation to return. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and the on‑site team, guaranteeing high quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site rental activities, from delivery to return.
• Coordinate workers, drivers and installation teams to meet project timelines.
• Communicate with clients, capture their requirements and provide daily updates.
• Inspect rental materials for quality, damage or missing items.
• Maintain daily reports, checklists and progress documentation.
• Enforce safety procedures and site discipline at all times.
• Support the operations team with inventory planning and logistics.
• Resolve on‑site issues quickly and professionally.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in site supervision, operations or field management.
• Strong communication and people‑handling abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and ensure timely work completion.
• Basic knowledge of rental equipment and safety regulations.
• Organised, reliable, solution‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Any degree/diploma or equivalent field experience.
