Junior Account Manager

About the role

Doctoranytime is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join a young, dynamic team focused on simplifying access to healthcare across Europe and Latin America. You will work directly with medical professionals using the platform, helping them optimise their online profiles and ensuring high satisfaction for both practitioners and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing medical customers.
• Optimize and update customer web pages on the Doctoranytime platform.
• Guide users through the platform’s features and functionalities.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate services.
• Promote digital transformation in the health sector and build customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is mandatory.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in startups and healthcare.
• Enjoys customer interaction and problem‑solving.
• Team‑player, energetic and positive.
• Motivated to improve access to care for patients and professionals.
