IT Support Technician

About the role

Fednot is looking for an IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for internal users. You will ensure that workstations, mobile devices and meeting rooms run smoothly, providing high‑quality, customer‑focused support in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote assistance for PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets and meeting‑room equipment.
• Handle, prioritize and follow up on incidents and service requests using modern IT tools such as Office 365 and VoIP platforms.
• Maintain and update documentation and knowledge‑base articles to improve self‑service options.
• Collaborate with other IT teams (Network, Windows, Service Management) and external partners to resolve complex issues.
• Share knowledge through informal training sessions and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a support or service‑desk role.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
• Fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of French and English.
• Proactive, dynamic and comfortable working directly with end‑users.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Office 365 administration (including shared mailboxes)
• Active Directory / Entra
• iOS and Android mobile device management
• VoIP systems and meeting‑room technologies
• Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and Exchange Online (a plus)
