IT Support Specialist – Brussels

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a key client in Brussels. The role involves delivering high‑quality first and second‑line support to end users, both remotely and on‑site, within a structured IT service management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line and second‑line IT support (remote and on‑site).
• Manage incidents, service requests and problem tickets using dedicated ticketing systems.
• Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting to maximise first‑call resolution.
• Support workstation installation, configuration and re‑configuration activities.
• Assist users with hardware, software and application‑related issues.
• Document operational procedures and maintain technical knowledge‑base content.
• Participate in application testing and administration activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, system administration and database teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT support or service‑desk environments.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Willingness to obtain ITIL V4 Foundation certification if not already held.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency with Windows operating environments.
• Experience supporting end‑user devices including desktops, laptops and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with core mobile applications and workplace technologies.
• Understanding of ITIL service‑management principles (V4).
