About the role

Gaming1, a leading international gaming operator, is expanding its IT Support organization. The IT Support Coordinator will shape and scale support operations, ensuring high‑quality service for internal teams and business units across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day support, handling complex L2 tickets and guiding L1 teams.
• Standardize processes, create SOPs, and improve consistency across sites.
• Drive service quality through prioritization, SLA monitoring, and KPI reporting.
• Optimize tools and workflows, primarily using Jira Service Management.
• Provide visibility on performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Coach and support the support team, acting as a reference point for best practices.
• Bridge communication between IT, business stakeholders, and support teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist with ticket resolution during peak periods or staff shortages.
• Step in hands‑on to unblock critical incidents and support L1/L2 teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT Support, with solid L2 exposure.
• Strong ability to organize, standardize, and improve processes.
• Technical expertise combined with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Leadership through influence, coaching, and clear communication.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑driven, and accountable.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Passion for continuous improvement and learning.
