IT Specialist

About the role

The IT Specialist will ensure the smooth operation of ONIVERSE's stores in the Benelux region, providing first‑ and second‑line support and contributing to the implementation of new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and operate new and existing stores, delivering first‑ and second‑line support, including on‑site interventions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the entire IT infrastructure at the Benelux headquarters.
• Install and configure computer and phone equipment, and deploy new solutions in collaboration with the Italian headquarters.
• Manage logistics and inventory of IT assets such as phones, computers, and store devices.
• Act as the primary contact for external IT service providers and third‑party vendors.
• Train users on equipment and stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Autonomous, patient, organized, flexible and responsive.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel for occasional in‑store interventions.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows, iOS and Android environments.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure fundamentals (cable management, managed switches, firewalls, access points).
• Experience with computer hardware and phone equipment installation and configuration.
