IT Health Application Student Worker (Hybrid, Brussels)

About the role

Join Medtronic’s Cardiac Rhythm Management team as a Student Worker focused on IT health applications. You will help deploy, configure, and maintain digital health solutions that support cardiac implant management across hospitals in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test medical IT solutions such as the CareLink SmartSync Programmer.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, returns, and on‑site/remote customer support.
• Deliver user training, connectivity guidance, and perform software and hardware updates.
• Document activities in CRM systems and contribute to process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Digital Health, Biomedical Engineering, Networking, or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with a good command of English.
• Strong interest in healthcare technology, analytical and organized.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for frequent customer visits.

Required skills

• Experience with installation, configuration, and testing of medical IT solutions.
• Ability to perform software and hardware updates.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for activity tracking.
