IT Hardware Specialist – Deployment & Project Coordination

About the role

We are looking for an IT Hardware Specialist to install, configure and deploy a range of IT equipment across multiple Belgian sites. The role combines hands‑on technical work with project coordination, supporting both local and global IT initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and roll‑out PCs, tablets, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Support IT projects such as rollouts, migrations and system implementations, including testing, validation and hyper‑care.
• Coordinate with users, vendors and internal IT teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate asset records and project documentation.
• Provide end‑user training and communication on planned interventions.
• When acting as Project Coordinator, manage planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, risk management and governance activities.

Required profile

• Strong IT background with experience in hardware deployment or infrastructure support.
• Good knowledge of Windows environments, software installation and basic networking.
• Experience in customer‑facing, multi‑stakeholder settings.
• Organised, proactive and solution‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch required.
• Mobile and willing to travel across Belgian sites.
