iPSC Scientist – In Vitro Pharmacology

About the role
We are seeking an experienced iPSC Scientist to join our in‑vitro pharmacology department. The role focuses on developing and applying CNS/PNS organoid models for disease modelling and drug screening.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain iPSC cultures and differentiate them into neural cell types in 2D and 3D formats.
- Design, set up, and validate quantitative assays (e.g., MEA, calcium imaging, flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD) using organoid models.
- Perform molecular biology workflows including plasmid design, qPCR, ddPCR, and CRISPR guide design.
- Generate and analyse transcriptomic data (scRNA‑seq, spatial transcriptomics, RNA‑seq).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate state‑of‑the‑art technologies.
Required profile
- Master’s or PhD in cell biology, neuroscience, or a related field.
- Proven experience creating neural organoid models from iPSC for disease modelling or pharmacology.
- Strong track record of delivering high‑quality data in a fast‑paced research environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
