IPMI Consultant – International Health Insurance Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an IPMI Consultant to join Aon Services Corporation and advise Belgian companies on international private medical insurance for mobile employees. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients manage health risks linked to overseas assignments and aligning insurance programs with global mobility and HR strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on international medical insurance and employee mobility solutions.
• Conduct market reviews, negotiate with insurers, and place or renew insurance programs.
• Manage implementation and administration of IPMI plans.
• Provide technical expertise on medical expense coverage, global health programs, and related benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers, identifying growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GDPR, and internal quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Economics, Law or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in employee benefits, health & benefits, international insurance or expatriate solutions.
• Strong understanding of IPMI, medical and hospitalization insurance, employee benefits, international mobility and insurance contracts.
• Client‑focused commercial skills, negotiation ability and business development mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive attitude and international outlook.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
