Integration Developer (API Specialist) – Freelance

About the role

Mindrift is seeking a freelance Integration Developer (API Specialist) to join the Tendem project. You will design, build, and optimise system integrations that enable reliable data flow between multiple SaaS platforms in a hybrid AI‑human environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evaluate integrations between core business systems such as CRMs, advertising platforms, and email tools.
• Build and optimise workflows using REST APIs, webhooks, and real‑time or batch data pipelines.
• Connect and synchronise databases across platforms like Airtable, Google Sheets, and Notion.
• Ensure reliable, real‑time data transfer and consistency across services.
• Troubleshoot performance, latency, and failure handling in data flows.
• Support integration of automated communication systems (messaging, outreach, calling workflows).

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in API integrations, automation, or backend development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to design and manage integrations across multiple SaaS tools.
• Experience building fault‑tolerant, scalable integration systems.
