Insurance Manager – Employee Benefits

About the role

Join Accenture’s Industry & Enterprise Insurance team to lead large‑scale transformation programs for insurers in Belgium. You will focus on modernising Employee Benefits (Group Insurance) operations, improving customer experiences and driving digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex consulting and transformation engagements for insurance clients, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Identify strategic, operational and digital opportunities, manage project planning, governance and execution across business and technology workstreams.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development, client pursuits and thought‑leadership creation.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high‑performance team culture.

Required profile

• 5‑9 years of experience in consulting, insurance or Employee Benefits, with deep knowledge of group insurance products and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage senior stakeholder relationships and deliver tangible impact in transformation projects.
• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.

• Strong consulting toolkit: problem solving, stakeholder management and structured communication.
• Expertise in Employee Benefits processes, operating models and industry trends.
