Insurance Consultant – Life Insurance

About the role

Join Accenture's Industry & Enterprise Insurance team to help leading Belgian insurers transform their business. This early‑career position focuses on life insurance, covering products such as savings, investments, protection, and pensions.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic, operational and digital transformation projects for insurance clients.
• Analyze business processes, customer journeys and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking and data‑driven assessments.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, business cases and workshop materials.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Contribute to initiatives in customer experience, operational excellence, digitalisation and innovation.
• Assist business development activities, including market research and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in consulting, insurance, financial services, project management or business analysis.
• Demonstrated interest or knowledge of life insurance through work, internships or academic projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
