Insurance Graduate Program – Belgian Market

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and is looking for a motivated Insurance Graduate to join its Belgian market team. You will work at the intersection of health, insurance, and technology, helping to design and price innovative offers for large corporate and public clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and price insurance offers tailored to the Belgian market.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposure, and reporting accuracy.
• Support sales teams with insurance expertise to close large customer deals.
• Document and structure insurance knowledge for the Belgium team.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to answer internal queries.
• Collaborate with engineering on tools that enable scalable, customized insurance solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in healthcare and insurance.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with data scientists, designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
