ICT & Odoo Coordinator

About the role

Axiles Bionics is seeking a versatile ICT & Odoo Coordinator to become the backbone of its digital infrastructure. You will ensure that the company's IT environment is secure, efficient, and perfectly aligned with business needs while driving customisation and development of the Odoo ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full hardware lifecycle for laptops, desktops and screens, from procurement to daily support.
• Maintain a secure multi‑OS environment (Linux, Windows, macOS) and administer system updates, patches and user accounts.
• Design, configure and monitor network topology, firewalls and VLANs to guarantee low latency and proper segment access.
• Identify and implement infrastructure upgrades that boost overall productivity.
• Gather detailed Odoo requirements, design custom fields, workflows and automated actions.
• Translate business ideas into complete Odoo solution architectures, present proposals and lead implementation.
• Develop, test and deploy Odoo custom modules tailored to operational needs.
• Provide second‑tier support and training to Odoo users across all departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu/Debian) and network design.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware lifecycle management and cybersecurity best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to customise and extend Odoo ERP.
