IAM Consultant

About the role

The IAM Consultant will be a key player in enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, processes, and procedures while delivering a superior client experience. Acting as the bridge between business teams, Digital Identity groups, and IAM stakeholders, you will ensure seamless coordination and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise operational IAM processes.
• Translate IAM control improvements into actionable implementation plans.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and Digital Identity teams.
• Coordinate projects from requirements gathering through execution.
• Monitor implementation progress and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Support the ongoing improvement of IAM governance and control frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IAM, security governance, or risk/compliance.
• Strong background with IAM controls, KPIs, and IAM processes.
• Experience with ISMS, ISO 27001 and DORA frameworks.
• Knowledge of BPMN process modelling.
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch.
