Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Human Resources Generalist to provide day‑to‑day HR support while driving group‑wide HR projects across 18 countries. The role blends operational delivery with strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency, governance and a simplified HR operating model for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑country HR guidance on performance, conduct, capability, absence and the employee lifecycle.
• Coach managers on employee‑relations cases, ensuring fair and legally compliant handling.
• Contribute to group HR projects that improve consistency, governance and organisational clarity.
• Support HR audits, due‑diligence activities and alignment with local employment legislation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable HR solutions.
• Act as the central liaison between Group HR and local markets.
• Maintain accurate, reliable employee data across all jurisdictions.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience working across multiple countries or jurisdictions (preferred).
• Strong understanding of employment law relevant to the supported countries.
• Background in HR projects, policy development or standardisation.
• CIPD Level 5, Master’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Dutch for effective stakeholder communication.
• Structured, pragmatic and detail‑oriented approach to HR delivery.
