HR Service Partner – Operational Assistant (Luxembourg)

About the role

The European Investment Bank is looking for HR Service Partners to provide operational and administrative support to its HR Business Partnering Division at the Luxembourg headquarters. This full‑time, fixed‑term position offers the chance to work in a truly international environment while ensuring confidential handling of HR data.

Key responsibilities

• Support performance and talent review cycles, staff transfers, contract extensions, and reorganisations.
• Maintain and verify HR data in PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Produce and analyse HR reports for directors and HR Business Partners, providing feedback for data corrections.
• Execute ad‑hoc HR operational tasks and contribute to process optimisation.
• Collaborate with expert HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, etc.) to ensure smooth information flow.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of junior colleagues when required.

• Strong autonomy, flexibility and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
