HR & Recruiter – End‑to‑End Recruitment & HR Support

About the role

Join AYES Belgium as an HR & Recruiter and play a key part in delivering end‑to‑end recruitment and HR support. You will work in a vibrant, international environment that values flexibility, proximity, expertise, and reactivity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: post jobs, source candidates, screen CVs, schedule and conduct interviews.
• Actively source talent through LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist with onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Update HR databases and recruitment trackers regularly.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and enhance social media presence.
• Contribute to general HR activities such as employee engagement events and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluent in Dutch OR French, with a good foundation in the other language, plus English.
