HR Officer – Operational HR Support

About the role

PanTera, a joint venture focused on producing Actinium‑225 for radiotheranostics, is expanding its HR team. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Officer who will ensure smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle in a fast‑growing scale‑up environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, answering day‑to‑day HR queries.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to guarantee a seamless start for new hires.
• Support payroll administration in collaboration with the social secretariat (SD Worx).
• Assist recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration and follow‑up.
• Maintain HR data, employee records, and organisational information.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
• Later contribute to HR policy development, process improvement and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Belgian labour legislation.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken); French is an asset.
• At least some experience in an HR administrative role (preferred but not mandatory).
• High integrity and strong sense of confidentiality.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
