HR Manager – Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg)

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda across the Benelux region. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and employees, shaping the employee experience while supporting organizational growth in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, ensuring seamless processes.
• Provide expert HR guidance on employment legislation, employee relations, performance management and workplace matters.
• Drive talent management initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development and employee growth programs.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement and change‑management projects.
• Monitor HR metrics, support workforce analytics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead regional and international HR projects, ensuring compliance with Belgian and Dutch labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee local HR operations, including payroll governance and collaboration with service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, including roles as HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian and Dutch employment legislation.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Experience supporting commercial, sales or matrix organisations in an international setting.
