About the role

The HR Business Partner will work closely with management to drive employee engagement, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with legal standards. This role combines strategic insight with day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

Research and analyze employee trends to improve engagement and retention.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal standards and mitigate HR‑related risks.
Assist management in conflict resolution and set ethical standards, values, and company culture.
Onboard new employees, handling immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree.
2–3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
Strong organization, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Proven experience onboarding employees and managing HR tasks.

Required skills

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
