About the role
Sogeti Belgium is looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in HR, specifically payroll and time‑and‑attendance processes. You will act as the bridge between HR, payroll and IT teams, translating business needs into reliable IT solutions that support daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, payroll and IT stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Analyse current HR processes, focusing on payroll and time‑and‑attendance, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Document functional specifications and process flows in a clear, structured format.
- Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Required profile
- Based in Belgium with fluent Dutch and English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and enterprise HR/payroll systems.
