HR Assistant – Temporary Maternity Leave Replacement

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Assistant to cover a maternity leave on a temporary basis. You will support the HR team in daily operations, ensuring smooth onboarding and administrative processes for consultants and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding process for new consultants and employees.
• Create and maintain employee profiles in an internal HR system similar to SAP.
• Present company values, benefits, and insurance information to new hires.
• Prepare Dimona declarations and handle all related HR documentation.
• Process access requests for badges, IT systems, and internal tools.
• Translate documents between French, Dutch, and English as needed.
• Coordinate agendas, schedule annual evaluations, book meeting rooms, and organize internal meetings.
• Support administrative tasks such as invoicing follow‑up, purchase order requests, and business travel arrangements.

Required profile

• Experience in administration, secretarial work, or HR, or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French, Dutch and English (highly valued).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional, reliable, and respectful of confidentiality and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with an HR management system or ERP such as SAP.
