Hospitality Management Traineeship

About the role

Nestia Hospitality Group offers a 24‑month Management Traineeship designed to fast‑track ambitious graduates into senior hotel management or central support functions. Starting in September 2026, the programme combines hands‑on operational rotations with strategic exposure across several of the group’s properties and corporate departments.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through 3–4 month assignments in hotels (e.g., Radisson Blu Spa Balmoral, Ibis Budget Jabbeke) and central teams such as Revenue Management, HR, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Support daily hotel operations, ensuring quality standards and efficient processes.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects, contributing to hotel development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Analyse operational data and assist in revenue optimisation and cost control.

Required profile

• Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Finance, or Human Resources.
• Strong ambition to build a management career in high‑end hospitality.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
• Customer‑oriented, responsible, proactive and willing to travel between properties.

Required skills

• Language proficiency in English and French or Dutch.
