About the role

We are seeking a healthcare professional fluent in French to help train large‑scale language models for clinical support, patient education, and medical research. As a freelance AI trainer, you will contribute your expertise to improve AI reasoning in real‑world healthcare scenarios across French‑speaking regions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the AI model in both English and French on realistic patient care and public‑health questions.
• Verify clinical accuracy, logical coherence, and adherence to evidence‑based practice.
• Document failure modes, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Provide detailed feedback on model responses to improve future performance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in nursing, public health, medicine, healthcare administration, or a closely related field.
• Fluency in French with clinical or administrative experience in healthcare delivery.
• Familiarity with patient‑care standards, healthcare systems, and evidence‑based practice.
• Ability to communicate metacognitively, clearly showing reasoning steps.
