Head of Sales – Workplace & Hospitality Solutions

About the role

Enky is launching a high‑growth Business Unit focused on Workplace & Hospitality Solutions across Europe. As Head of Sales you will act as the commercial engine, shaping go‑to‑market strategy, winning key accounts and building a scalable sales organisation from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the B2B and B2B2C go‑to‑market strategy for the new Business Unit.
• Identify and unlock new market opportunities in workplace, flexible living and hospitality sectors.
• Build a scalable sales engine, including pipeline generation, conversion, pricing playbooks and repeatable processes.
• Lead high‑value negotiations and manage strategic accounts with corporates, real‑estate players, operators and hospitality brands.
• Represent Enky at industry events, trade fairs and executive meetings.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, operations and design to shape the offering based on market feedback.

• Proven experience leading commercial growth for a new business line or startup.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and negotiate complex deals.
• Strategic thinker who can translate market trends into revenue opportunities.
