About the role
Enky is launching a high‑growth Business Unit focused on Workplace & Hospitality Solutions across Europe. As Head of Sales you will act as the commercial engine of this new unit, shaping go‑to‑market strategy, winning key accounts and building a scalable sales organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the B2B and B2B2C go‑to‑market strategy, including ideal customer profiles and vertical priorities.
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities in workplace, hospitality and flexible‑living sectors.
- Build a sales engine from scratch: pipeline generation, conversion, expansion and repeatable commercial playbooks.
- Lead high‑value negotiations and manage strategic accounts with corporates, real‑estate players, operators and hospitality brands.
- Develop partnership strategies and acquisition channels, and represent Enky at industry events.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sourcing, operations, product and design to shape the offering based on market feedback.
Required profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset with founder‑level energy and a “mini‑CEO” approach.
- Proven experience leading commercial growth for new business lines or units.
- Strong go‑to‑market instincts and ability to translate market trends into revenue opportunities.
- Excellent consultative selling skills with a track record of closing complex, high‑value deals.
