About the role
Enky is launching a high‑growth Business Unit focused on Workplace & Hospitality Solutions across Europe. As Head of Sales, you will act as a "mini‑CEO" to define go‑to‑market strategy, win key accounts, build partnerships and scale revenue for this new line.
Key responsibilities
- Own the commercial strategy and revenue growth of the Business Unit.
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities in workplace and hospitality sectors.
- Build a scalable sales engine from scratch, including pipeline generation, conversion and expansion across Europe.
- Design and execute B2B and B2B2C go‑to‑market strategies, define ideal customer profiles and develop acquisition channels.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with high‑value stakeholders and negotiate strategic accounts.
- Represent Enky at industry events, trade fairs and executive meetings.
- Operate with a founder mentality: hands‑on, fast‑moving and resourceful, while collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, product, design and operations.
- Stay ahead of trends in hybrid work, flexible living and commercial real estate, translating insights into revenue opportunities.
Required profile
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with strong go‑to‑market instincts.
- Proven ability to build and scale a sales organization from the ground up.
- Experience leading B2B and B2B2C sales strategies in workplace, hospitality or real‑estate related sectors.
- Track record of winning and managing strategic, high‑value accounts.
- Comfortable acting as the senior commercial voice of a new Business Unit.
- Founder‑level energy, hands‑on execution and rapid decision‑making.
