Head of Human Resources – Build & Lead People Function

About the role

We are partnering with an innovative international HealthTech scale‑up that is reshaping healthcare through technology. As the company accelerates its growth, we need a dynamic Head of Human Resources to design, launch and lead the entire People function from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a people strategy that supports rapid international expansion.
• Lead recruitment across all functions, personally hiring senior and specialist talent.
• Build scalable recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
• Design and implement a Learning & Development strategy, onboarding programmes and career development frameworks.
• Coach managers on hiring, leadership and performance management.
• Advise leadership on organisational design, workforce planning and high‑performance culture.
• Develop HR policies, processes and people‑analytics capabilities.
• Recruit, mentor and manage an HR team as the business scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in fast‑growing technology or HealthTech environments.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition and experience in learning or talent development.
• Proven ability to build HR processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with fluency in English.
