Guest Service Agent (m/f/x)

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at Penta Hotel you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from check‑in to check‑out. You will work in a lively lounge environment, serve drinks and snacks, and support the front‑desk operations throughout the day and night.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, offer a welcome drink, and manage the check‑in process.
• Provide local area information and recommendations.
• Host guests in the lounge, serving beverages and light snacks.
• Handle email correspondence, process invoices, and manage the shift cash register.
• Cover night shifts and ensure a smooth farewell for departing guests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality service or reception.
• Strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Fluent English for communication with guests and team members.
• Attentive, responsible and able to work well within a team.
