GTM Recruiter – Build Our Hiring Engine (Remote)

About the role

DualEntry is looking for a GTM Recruiter to design and launch its recruitment function from the ground up. You will shape the hiring strategy, attract top talent in a competitive market, and help scale the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy aligned with business goals.
• Source, engage, and evaluate outstanding candidates across multiple channels.
• Build and manage an end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop talent pipelines.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in fast‑moving startup environments.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to attract high‑performing candidates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with a results‑driven mindset.
